JOLLY NAMED CHAIR OF YOUNG LAWYERS DIVISION








Jolly concentrates her legal practice in the areas of business transactions, general business law, contracts, partnerships, corporations, real estate transactions, zoning, subdivision, land development, municipal law, leasing, and tax assessment matters.
 
She obtained her law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.  Jolly also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business.

Very active in the community, Jolly currently serves as a volunteer with the Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley, prepares tax returns for low to moderate income individuals through the IRS’ Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and participates as a member of the Steering Committee of the Lehigh County Paralegal Association.

Individual membership in the Young Lawyers Division is open to Bar Association of Lehigh County members under 36 years old or admitted to practice for five years or less.  As an added benefit to those just starting out in the practice of law, there are no additional membership dues.

Sarah M. Jolly, a transactional attorney at Zator Law Offices in Allentown, has been appointed chairperson of Bar Association of Lehigh County's (BALC) Young Lawyers Division for 2011.

As chairperson of the Young Lawyers Division, Jolly will organize and implement community service projects throughout Lehigh County, as well as, plan social and educational activities for members of BALC's Young Lawyers Division
