In 2010 Bruce Lazarus has been a guest speaker on the topic of Commercial Theatre Financing and Production at the Off-Broadway Alliance, Theatre Resources Unlimited (TRU) and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He has taught Producing Commercial Theatre at the Commercial Theatre Institute in New York, Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and the UCLA School of Continuing Education.

Prior to joining Anderson Kill, Mr. Kaiser was a managing director with an international publicly-held consulting firm, where he focused on brand protection services, integrity monitorships and investigations. In that capacity, Mr. Kaiser led teams performing anti-counterfeiting/anti-piracy services on behalf of major global brand owners, as well as internal investigations and integrity monitorships of individuals and organizations in the healthcare, construction and transportation industries.
Previously, Mr. Kaiser served for nearly ten years in the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, most recently as Chief of Health Care Fraud Prosecutions and Deputy Chief of Public Integrity in the Eastern District. In that position, Mr. Kaiser directed criminal fraud investigations, including those involving Fortune 500 companies and major financial institutions. At the Department of Justice, Mr. Kaiser focused on white collar investigations and prosecutions, including securities, mortgage, health, mail, wire and bank fraud, as well as money laundering.
As Chief of Health Care Fraud Prosecutions in the Eastern District, Mr. Kaiser directed investigations of allegations made under the False Claims Act and of criminal violations under the Anti-Kickback Statute, the HIPAA privacy laws, the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and the Prescription Drug Marketing Act. Mr. Kaiser directed and advised federal law enforcement agents from numerous agencies, and exercised oversight and supervision responsibilities within the Public Integrity Section.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kaiser worked as a partner and associate in corporate law firms in New York, concentrating his practice in fraud investigation and prosecution. He also served as a law clerk to Hon. Fritz W. Alexander II, Associate Judge in the New York State Court of Appeals.
Mr. Kaiser holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Virginia.

Mary has worked in finance and accounting for over 30 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Temple University, and spent the next 25 years in corporate finance. She has worked for Exide Battery, Goodall Rubber, Kelloggs and most recently, held the position of Vice President of Finance for Rodale Publishing.
In 2005, she became an Independent Financial Advisor to apply her financial skills to individuals and small businesses.
As an active member of the community, Mary serves as a board member for the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley and for Families of Addiction.
